Topic: "Current Attacks on Our Christian Heritage"
The Hon David Clarke MLC was elected to the NSW Legislative Council in 2003 and re-elected in 2011 as a Member of the Liberal Party. He has been an outspoken supporter of our Christian Heritage and a strong pro-life campaigner for marriage and family life.
He is currently Chairman of the Standing Committee on Law and Justice and Parliamentary Secretary for Justice.

Topic: "The Lord Jesus and Islam"
David is married to Jan; and they have 15 grandchildren. In 1997 they became full time volunteers in Canberra, establishing a national office for the work of lobbying on behalf of persecuted Christians worldwide. They both retired from that full time work in 2003.They strongly believe that we should give help to the millions of persecuted Christians and they hold the business name "Australia - Safe Refuge for Christians".

SPECIAL SPEAKER: MARK MULLINS
BA HONS ( DUNELM) DIP IN LAW (CITY OF WESTMINESTER)

TOPIC: The Vanishing Gospel in Legal Circles and the call to Preach it.

MARK MULLINS is a practicing barrister at the Bar of England and Wales. He is also an evangelical elder at Stroud Green Christian Assembly .

Mark has been actively involved in campaigning for Christian values in society and has appeared in British and foriegn media including Sky News and BBC TV and Radio as well as speaking to members of Parliament on thes issues.

Mark has represented clients involved in Christian interest cases which includethe last blasphemy challenge before its abolition in a case btought against the BBC for broadcasting Jerry Springer the Opera in 2006.  He also acted for Emily Mapfuwa in her case against the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art where a blasphemous and grossly indecent statue of Christ was displayed.

Mark served on the Council of the Lawyers Christian Fellowship from 2003 - 2008 when he was London Chairman, Chairman of the Public Policy Committee and an editor of the LCF's magazine.  Mark has spoken to Christian lawyers in Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, New Zealand and Australia
